I really enjoyed this installment of the Blow Hole Boys series. It seemed impossible for me to like any of the guys in the band better than Zeke, but Finn surpassed him for me! Faith is an innocent preacher's daughter who falls for the bad boy which seems cliché but it really isn't in this story. Finn may not be as bad as he appears. The flowers scene (To avoid spoilers I won't elaborate) was too sweet! Finn was real. He was damaged, misunderstood, unsure of himself, and desperately fighting these "mushy" feelings he was beginning to have for a girl like Faith who was not his normal type of girl at all. Faith is trapped by her father's faith and misguidance of religion and what that means for how you can treat your children. She wants to "learn to live" instead of being "told how to live" by her father. The struggles that both characters faced were true to life Abuse, neglect, heartache, mistrust, lack of self-confidence, things that would break most people when all piled together. I enjoy the way Tabatha forms her chapters by switching between POV's and how she doesn't repeat scenes, but still manages to elaborate a little on what the other character had been thinking in the past scene or what led up to their reaction. This story was heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. Make sure to have tissues close by if you are the emotional type (as I am). I've read every book this author has published and have yet to be let down, which places her at the top of my favorites. The author always manages to make you get lost in her world with her characters and to forget that real life is going on around you, those are my favorite books to read because it is the reason I read!
This book has been sitting in my library for a bit and I wanted to start something thinking I would start then finish the next day but boy was I wrong. This booked sucked me in so hard that I could not even contemplate putting it down. When I thought I would stop for the night since it was getting layer and later I couldn't. I had to know what was going to happen next it was like I was addicted to the characters, especially Fin. Have mercy he has bewitched me. I'm running in my giddiness high right now and it's 4 am getting up at 5 is going to be hard but I will say my sleep deprivation is so worth it. I am jaunt so freaking giddy. I think I want to read it again. You can bet I will be singing its praises and telling my friends about it soon. Like I would call them now if they wouldn't disown me so guess I must settle for tomorrow.

From the beginning I was hooked, Finn sucked me in and he was sucking Faith in too. He was the bad boy, he had the messy hair, tattoos and piercings and just didn't fit in the church lee were she first met him. Heck I may of jumped him in the church pew. My heart broke for Faith her dad may of been a preacher and suppose to of been a man of God but I think he was freaking psycho. I believe he needed to repent a lot. Her mom made me mad a lot too I think she needed to grow a backbone. Faith she made me smile, she was one of those people that for some reason you just felt hope. Everything she endured she hid well and abided by the rules. But Finn was about to show her true living and I wanted to run around the room flailing my arms and fist pump into the air. It made me that excited. Finn broke my heart too, he didn't have the best life growing up but he finally found someone to love him like her deserved.

I think I could go on and on and on but I don't want to give anything away. I want everyone to experience this for themselves.

I will say you will suffer many and I mean many emotions. Happiness, giddiness, sadness, hurt, anger, despair bitterness, longing, excitement, heart aches, heart breaks, and victory. Oh and the steamy moments well they were amazing too.
